Ruan Chanchan, a woman from a modern world, finds herself abruptly transported to a prehistoric land. This new reality is a shock; not only does a third gender exist alongside men and women, but its inhabitants also possess the ability to transform into beastmen. Her arrival is perilous, as she narrowly escapes being crushed. This traumatic experience leaves her with lingering PTSD. Adding to her woes, this prehistoric world is on the brink of collapse. Ruan Chanchan believes she must have offended some powerful immortal to be in such a predicament.
To survive, Ruan Chanchan must educate these beastmen in essential skills like farming, cooking, and personal hygiene—a significant challenge given their unfamiliarity with basic cleanliness and their preference for raw meat. Her situation is further complicated by the fact that she has transmigrated into the body of a “fool” and is the only beast woman without a beast form, her beast nucleus being broken. This renders her untrustworthy in the eyes of the other beastmen.

When she challenges him to do it himself, he effortlessly extracts the fang and then placates her with a sweet flame fruit, calling her a "good girl" after she recovers.
