However, his seemingly useless Koi possesses a divine, heaven-defying ability: it can consume the spiritual energy and life essence of any aquatic lifeform. To secretly cultivate this unique power, Li Yu makes a strategic decision. He foregoes the path of a glorious disciple and willingly infiltrates the prestigious Green Mountain Sect as a menial laborer.
